Murder Charge Dismissed - Client Receives 3 Years Probation
In a recent case, State of Indiana v. S.J.N., Attorney Campbell's client was charged with Murder and several other offenses. If convicted, Attorney Campbell's client was facing up to 85 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections with a Firearm Enhancement.
By asserting the Defense of Duress, Attorney Campbell was able to get the Murder charge completely dismissed. His client ultimately plead guilty to Assisting a Criminal as a Level 5 Felony and received 3 years of Probation.
With this case behind him, Attorney Campbell's client is now back at home with his family and doing well on Probation.
