Campbell Law, P.C., is primarily focused on the representation of individuals charged with criminal offenses in federal and state courts in Northwest Indiana (Lake County and Porter County) and the Chicagoland area (Cook County). Attorney Michael A. Campbell has extensive experience representing clients who have been charged with Felony and Misdemeanor offenses which include, but are not limited to, Murder, Sex Crimes, Drug Trafficking, Drug Possession, Theft/Forgery, OWI/DUI, and all Alcohol related offenses.

Campbell has successfully resolved countless traffic tickets for motorists throughout the State of Indiana. Attorney Michael A. Campbell has exceptional knowledge of the Indiana Motor Vehicle Code and regularly assists clients with the restoration of their driving privileges which includes resolving outstanding tickets, fines, Habitual Traffic Violator (“HTV”) suspensions, petitioning for Specialized Driving Privileges (“SDP” formerly referred to as Hardship Licenses), Petitioning for Waiver of Reinstatement Fees owed to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and assisting Indiana residents with obtaining a valid license despite a revoked license in another state.
Expungement of Criminal Arrest and Conviction Records

Campbell is extremely well versed in Indiana’s expungement laws (“Second Chance Act”), having successfully filed petitions to expunge criminal arrest and conviction records in over 20 Indiana counties. In some circumstances, Attorney Michael A. Campbell has been able to obtain an early expungement for clients who did not yet meet the statutory waiting period by negotiating a consent to early expungement with the applicable county prosecutor’s office.
